Refunds and Returns Policy

 If you are unhappy with your goods for whatever reason you have the right to return them within 14 days of receipt. We will not accept goods back after 14 days. If you wish to initiate a return, please email us at totevation@gmail.com within 14 days before returning your item/s. Please note all the items must be returned in perfect, unused condition and in their original packaging. Clothing items must be returned to us in perfect and unused and in its original packaging. The clothing items should not have been washed, should be free from stains Tote bags must be returned to us unused and in perfect condition, should not have been washed and should be free from stains and in its original packaging. Mugs: must be returned to us unused and in perfect condition. If the item is broken in transit please report this with a picture within 24 hours of receiving it. Please include your name and address including the reason for the return and specify whether you require an exchange or a refund. In the case of an exchange please note postage will not be paid, please include the postage charge. Please note we do not offer free return service. Please send your returns to; Totevation, 177 Northolt Road, Harrow, HA2 0LY Once we receive the items, these will be checked and process your refund within 5-7 working days. All refunds will be processed through the original method of payment used. Postage will not be refunded unless the goods are faulty. In which case postage will be refunded. We recommend using tracked delivery as we will not accept items lost in transit.
